1. The oil tank leaks or is otherwise damaged.

2. When the oil tanks of mobile skid-mounted gas stations are replaced with different oil products, the remaining oil products in the tanks should not be mixed with the newly loaded oil products to prevent the purity of the oil from being affected or the low-quality oil products from being put into production, causing safety hazards.

3. When the oil tanks of mobile skid-mounted gas stations need to be inspected or repaired with fire, they need to be cleaned for welding, dismantling and cutting to prevent the residual gas in the oil tank from burning when encountering the open flame during operation.

4. Newly built and rebuilt oil tanks need to be cleaned and dried before filling with oil, and the debris in the tank needs to be removed.

5. When the oil tanks store oil for a certain period of time (light oil, heavy diesel oil, lubricating oil, oil tanks shall not exceed 3 to 5 years), if it is found that the bottom of the oil tank contains water and many impurities, which affects the quality of the oil products, it should be cleaned at any time.

6. When the oil tanks are filled with oil for a long time, the oil tanks are relatively dirty and need to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
