Replacing the barrier explosion-proof device is one of the regular maintenance of the skid-mounted gas station, and it is also a relatively critical task. If the barrier explosion-proof device is found to have cracks or aging during routine maintenance, it must be replaced, or it needs to be replaced when it reaches the service life. 1 Before replacement, the wind direction must be determined first. Construction and transportation vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking downwind in the station area. Vehicles must stop in time after entering the construction area.

2 Determine the on-site warning range, use the cordon to protect the construction site, and prohibit unrelated personnel from entering and leaving the cordon range.

3 All construction personnel must wear anti-static work clothes and protective equipment when entering the work area. It is strictly forbidden to bring items with safety hazards into the construction site. (Smoking and using mobile phones are strictly prohibited at the construction site.)

4 Construction electrical equipment and tools should be placed at the upper air outlet of the construction tank or within a safe distance.

5 Firefighting equipment or firefighting equipment and warning signs should be set up in the construction area.

6 Before construction, electricians should check equipment, tools, and grounding wires, and make preparations for safe use of electricity. Before opening the tank of the explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling device, the power supply of the tank truck connected to the working tank must be cut off.

7 Use a full set of explosion-proof tools to open the filling port.

8 After the manhole cover is hoisted, a fire blanket or asbestos pad should be added. When removing the pumping pipe flange, the residual oil flowing out of the pumping pipe should be handled promptly and properly to prevent the oil nozzle at the bottom of the flange from falling off and colliding with the bottom of the tank.

9 Operators wear anti-static work clothes, explosion-proof lighting, respirators, and safety ropes to clean the residual oil in the tank. (There is a person at the tank mouth responsible for the safety rope and respirator, and pay attention to the situation in the tank at any time. The person in the tank should be changed every 3-5 minutes.

10 Ventilate the tank for 20-30 minutes. All personnel must maintain a safe distance within 10 minutes before ventilation.

11 Clean the tank as needed.

12 Ventilate the tank again for 20-30 minutes, and then use the explosion detector to detect whether the gas concentration in the tank is suitable for personnel to work in the tank.

13 Install explosion-proof materials in the tank. (There must be more than 2 people to install materials in the tank, and 1 person is reserved at the tank mouth, and pay attention to the situation in the tank at any time)

14 Seal the tank. The manhole flange should be tightly sealed, and the pipe on the manhole cover should be placed vertically in the corresponding explosion-proof Inside the protective net (pipe); all bolts and anti-static bridging copper sheets should be tightened.

15 A dedicated person will check whether the pipeline is unobstructed, whether the bolts are tightened, and clean up the site.
